The Importance Of Proper Tire Inflation
Keeping your vehicles tires properly inflated to the auto manufacturer recommended pressure is a critical element of tire maintenance. Tires that contain the specified amount of air pressure last longer and contribute to vehicle safety.  While it’s been suggested that you should check your tire pressure every time you fuel up, that can be unrealistic. A good rule of thumb is to check your tires once a month, or anytime there is a drastic change in temperature.

What is a brake service?

 A brake service involves the inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of all the brake components. During the brake service, the technician will measure the brake pad thickness to ensure proper braking function.

Having a brake service every 1 year or 24,000kms ensure long brake life, low repair bills, and safe, peace of mind driving. High temperatures, lack of cooling and dragging brake pads can shorten the life of your vehicles brakes. It doesn’t take  a lot to knock a vehicle out of alignment. Simple things like potholes, curbs and even regular wear and tear can take a toll on your vehicle’s suspension system and steering components. 

Your vehicles alignment plays a crucial role in the performance of your vehicle, and here are the 3 biggest ways:

Tire Life-When your vehicle’s suspension system is out of alignment, it’s most likely going to lead to uneven tire wear, and that means a shorter life expectancy for your tires.

Safety-When your tires are not aligned properly, it can cause your vehicle to pull right or left impairing your control and handling.
